Louis and his crew were very polite, honest and offered a very affordable price for our furnace and installation compared to everyone else we'd contacted. There were a couple of minor issues needed to be fixed but Louis readily addressed this to ensure the furnace passed inspection. I highly recommend the Chinook team as they are a real, respectful small business and not just employees of a large company.

Louis Aldred and his crew worked hard for two days to install AC in our 1970 home that of all places has the furnace and AC installed in the crawl space under our home. It was during a heat wave and yet they soldiered on in the cramped and dirty conditions. Our house is not very well insulated in the central living parts being an H frame and it was always very hot and stuffy even with windows open. Louis is very knowledgeable and put wider vents in the central living area as the vents that were there were not much more than slits. Our home is now comfortable thanks to Chinook Heating. Also he is one of few willing to travel to outlying areas that other companies refuse to go. They go the extra mile, literally.

They started the central air conditioning installation immediately. Very easy to work with and professional. Always on time scheduled for work and completion. I worked very well with them and they always listened to me and addressed my concerns and followed through. Excellent service and very nice people.

A two day job turned into 6 days. I was responsible for registering my A/C and the contractor threw away the serial number for the coil; furthermore, the contractor requested half payment before job was done. I do not recommend!

Showed up on time. took many extra steps to insure the job was well done. VERY reasonable priced. explained was he was doing. he left the work area very clean Offered a quote for a remove and replacement of a new unit if I ever needed it.

Very professional but also had the real person feel that tells a person the job will be done right now matter what.

They did a great job and explained everything they were doing and how to operate our new swamp cooler.

We purchased a new furnace and were happy with the unit and the service. Our only issue was the phone number had a full inbox for messages a couple of times and so I was not able to communicate as easily as I would have liked.

Punctual, knowledge

I had been told by the friend that looked at it that I needed a new cooler and that was what I indicated when I was shopping. Louis and his helper tested it carefully and found the problems which were repairable and saved me quite a bit of money.

They removed the old non-vented range hood and installed a new vented hood. They also installed a gas line over to the range area where the electric range is being replaced by a new gas one. All the work was professional and very good. I would recommend Lou and his team anytime.

They were very efficient and thoughtful and stayed and finished the job even though it was bigger than we anticipated. I thought their pricing was fair also.

Chinook Heating and AC are exceptional. Lou and his helper were prompt and very kind. They had to troubleshoot my ac unit to find the problem in hopes that the problem would be minimal and exhausted all options before informing me of the severity of my unit. Lou called around to get me the best price for a new unit and it was delivered within an hour. Lou's service was excellent and his prices very reasonably. I would highly recommend to others in southern Colorado.

Louis and Art stayed until 9p.m.to finish out this project. They stayed with it, when most would have gone home. The ac is now blowing cold and more efficiently than it ever was. Highly recommended. Thank you guys!

We highly recommend Chinook Heating for all of your HVAC needs; they are one of the best contractors we have dealt with. Our circumstance was a tricky one; we manage houses in Colorado from Oklahoma City. We found Chinook Heating through Home Advisor for the Pueblo area and the owner, Louis Aldred, was willing to work with us from afar in helping us in our dilemma. Louis took care of the problem when we needed and didn't overcharge us; the price was fair. We will definitely call Chinook Heating for any of our future needs.
