I was very pleased with my whole experience. They quickly retuned my phone calls, scheduled an appointment and did the work I requested. I would quickly call Shaw again if I need additional electric work. David, thanks for a great job!

The electrician from Shaw showed up right on time and worked quickly. The whole repair lasted about half an hour total.

After calling two other electricians who did not return calls I decided to to call Shaw Electric. After being courteously greeted on the phone I discussed the nature of what was needed and was told someone would get back to me the next day since it was close to 5:00 pm. Harrison called to set up an appointment in a timely manner and showed up on time. He was courteous, professional and took the time to explain why he could not use the gfci receptacle I had purchased due to code requirements ( kitchen counter). He suggested that I return my purchased fixture, even though I no longer had the receipt, as the store where I purchased it is very good at honoring returns. I did return it for a full refund. I was very happy with the service and would use Shaw Electric again.

I manage the Radio Shack in Avon and the owner of the company noticed an issue with our sign. He volunteered an estimate to replace the old style light with new LED's. We called a couple other companies and were quoted almost double what Shaw quoted us for the same work. The same day I called to let them know we wanted to do the work he sent a crew over. They weren't able to finish all the work on Friday, but they were back first thing on Monday morning. The work was finished quickly and the sign looks great.

I started with the owner of the business Dave Shaw who provided an initial interview. Dave's electrician Tom showed up on time and proved to be as smart and personable as Dave. They both knew what to do and the best way to do it.
