I left a message Sunday, hoping to get an appointment sometime the next week. Got a message back that same Sunday, had an appointment at 9am Monday, and had my TV back up and running by 10am. Wow! Cannot beat that kind of service and technical know-how. Price was super reasonable also. Will definitely recommend to others and use again for all electronic issues in my home.
