I had an excellent experience with this company from start to finish. I am pleased with the quality of the product and installation. As importantly, I am impressed with the personal attention the provider put into the process. The owner of the company (Brad) came out to provide an estimate; he also measured the sizes of the well covers and installed them himself. Each step was performed and completed in a timely and professional manner. Dealing with only one person was a primary reason I chose this company (rather than a salesperson first and then different people for measurement and installation). I recommend Well Cover Specialists very highly.

What a wonderful experience! Brad came out and listened to my needs, measured three window wells and returned a few weeks later with my custom made covers. He was very attentive, professional, and efficient. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. The windows were quite reasonable for the high quality they are.

After contacting four window well cover installers, we picked Well Cover Specialist. His price was the most reasonable of all and his expertise was exceptional. What we especially liked was that Brad the owner came out to bid, measure and install. So often you get a bid and promises from a sales person only to be disappointed when an uncaring or incompetent installer shows up. The care and attention that Brad brought to the job was perfection. As I said earlier strength of the product was important to us. He made sure to spec in three angle iron support bars instead of the usual two in other vendors products. We were very satisfied and pleased to work with a competent and caring professional.

It went very well.  He came to look at what would be needed, took measurements and I selected the cover I wanted.  He installed the new cover in ten days and, after one minor adjustment, it is keeping water out of my basement and looks great. I am very satisfied.  Bart is a fine gentleman and easy to work with.

Brad came out to discuss what I needed to prevent water from flooding my window wells during heavy rains.  He recommended a solution, took the measurements and had the covers made and installed in less than a week.  He did a great job and I appreciate the fact that he is a local small business.

He came out to give me a free estimate. He came out when he said he would and was a very nice young man. He concluded that their wells would not be a solution unless I wanted to do a modification. He gave me some good ideas to fix the problem myself. His ideas were logical and I think they will work better than what I wanted to wells for.
