After getting nearly scammed by Plumbline, Alex responded to my request on Angie's List, came out to our house late Saturday, looked at the job, gave me a quote, and immediately went to work (unexpected too). After I sent a request thru Angie’s list on Saturday, water heater experts were the first one that called. I told them that I found a coupon from someone else that was $300 cheaper. They promptly responded that they would match that coupon. For due diligence, I still gave the other company a chance to do an estimate for my water heater replacement. They came and gave me a full price. I was waiting for the guy to mention the coupon, but he didn’t. I felt that that was very dishonest so I chose not to do business with them and went with water heater experts. I’m so glad I did because they were able to get the job done professionally and with honesty, on the same day despite the snowstorm. They saved me another day off that I would have had to take had they not been available. Thanks Alex and E!
