Chad shows up on time every morning or calls to tell you that he is picking up supplies.  He is always in constant contact with you and talks to you about the job he is doing.  He has done too many projects for me to begin from start to finish for each one.  I will just say that my next project he will do.

We had very few issues and they were taken care of as soon as possible and with complete satisfaction.

I chose Vermeer Construction after getting estimates from 8 companies, not only because the price was reasonable, but because I felt more comfortable with that company than any of the others. Chad (owner) is very friendly and offered useful suggestions/explanations which were very helpful as I was rather ignorant of the whole process and know nothing about construction. I have a rougly 500 sq/ft basement and they roughed in, and installed, a bathroom, added a laundry room and added framing, walls and electric. The project was completed in the estimated time frame and with very high quality. I had questions at every stage of the process and Chad was quick to provide detailed answers and was responsive to minor changes I requested as the basement took shape. When the job was completed, we walked the basement and I pointed out little imperfections that he had his crew fix immediately. I am very happy with my new basement and highly recommend Vermeer Construction to anyone with construction needs.

The job went very well.  We felt informed all along the way and Chad was so great to work with even when we were indecisive or made suggestions about things in the middle of the project.  Chad is fantastic to work with and knows his business very well.  We found ourselves deferring to him with some of our decisions because his ideas were sound and good ones and fit well into our ideas of how we wanted the project to go.   We developed a trust in his knowledge quickly and it made the entire process very smooth.  I also must say we were impressed with his subcontractors as well.   All have done quality work to our expectations.

Chad has remodeled 2 bathrooms, poured a new drive way, redone my front entry way, put in a deck and remodeled my kitchen totally in the past few years.  He is a true, honest construction company.  Is prompt and does outstanding work.  He is a true artist in all that he does.  The lastest job he did was install a deck.  I wanted to be able to walk out on the level rather than have to step down to get outside.  It is beautiful.  He also put in a new quartz countertop in my kitchen and retiled the back splash.  He made several suggestions as to style and design.  Everything is beautiful.
