Lawrence painted our kitchen and dining room and did a beautiful job. The kitchen has two small windows, one large one and, of course, cabinets and appliances to work around. Not an easy job. He is attentive to detail, and we were 100% satisfied with his work. He is pleasant, personable and professional. His price for the work was quite fair.

I hired Lawrence to paint for me and we had a contract of $9000 and in that contract there was a completion date of 11/03/17, and the job was not done on that date, Lawrence asked for more money and I said that the contract stipulates $4500 down payment and balance upon completion, I did pay him an additional $1500 so I could get him to complete the job, Lawrence asked me for more money and I said no, not until the job is done and he left the job unfinished and I have broken items in the house and the job is a mess.

The price was more than I think he initially told me. However, I didn't write it down so I might be wrong. Either way, it was worth the price. They showed up when they said, did what they said, and cleaned up. One of the best I've hired.

Lawrence is a life saver -he fixed areas of my basement and touched up corners and spots that I could never do. This is my second time hiring him for a texture and painting project and would not consider anyone else. He is respectful and courteous when he comes into your home.

I hired Mr. Vargas and crew to paint an entire house interior. I appreciate the fact that Mr. Vargas & crew started when he said he would (within a day of hiring him) and finished when he said he would, his price seemed reasonable. Also he & crew had to apply three coats of paint in some areas. He was very plesant and very eager to complete requests. When I did my final check it took a couple of hours to complete things that were missed or miscommunicated about. Also he did not take the paint cans and trash accumulated from the project and in the past anybody that I contracted with always took the used supply containers and trash.

Project was removal of popcorn ceilings, retexture and paint; along with texturing the walls of one room and painting hallways. Great results, finished on-time, detailed and complete cleanup; and good folks to have around. Would hire them again.
