UMBRELLA PLUMBING & DRAIN CLEANING

He charged way too much and nicked my wall taking a machine down. I had too much going on and I let them do the job. They lost control of the machine. There were two workers and the other one should have been helping.

They were very efficient and did a good job.

the repairman (owner of the firm, cannot remember his name) returned my call quickly, we made an appointment and he arrived 5 minutes early. He quickly diagnosed my problem and fixed it. Very professional - I would call him again for sure.

When I called Umbrella Plumbing I was very impressed by the friendliness and willingness of the dispatcher to arrange a time that would meet my needs. The plumber arrived on time, calling me beforehand to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived, he too was very friendly and put on shoe covers before going upstairs to assess the problem. He had all of the parts he needed and the job was finished in short order. We have an older home that is requiring new faucets and toilets. The estimates the plumber gave me to do these type of projects was much more reasonably priced than other estimates I have received. I will definitely be contacting Umbrella Plumbing for any future work.

This is the 2nd time I've called Marcus and he's the best! My 81 year old father's water heater was leaking. He called a different plumber on his own who said he needed a new unit and had to have a permit pulled with inspection. Cost? $2500! plus the $50 service call charge. I called Marcus, who was extremely busy in the middle of the historic flooding in September, and he came right away the next day with a water heater. After inspecting the heater, guess what? The water heater was fine!! There was a leak in a line that needed replacing. Done. Cost? $315 I thought that we would still need to pay for the water heater that he had already procured for us but he told us not to worry about it because he was replacing so many with all of the flooding that he could still use it. (!) I would and do recommend Marcus to others. He is honest, fair, and professional. Plumbers in Pink!

Very quick response, friendly, knowledgeable technicians. Our pipes are PEX, not copper so thawing the pipe is more complicated. The technicians were creative and successfully thawed our pipe in a short time. They also made recommendations on how we could avoid the problem in the subzero temperatures.

Marcus and his crew were very professional, punctual and pleasant to work with. From start to finish, Marcus epitomized what "paying attention to detail" means as a plumbing contractor.  Like most, we don't extend referrals lightly however, we have already referred Umbrella Plumbing and will defiantly send more there way. After wasting much time and $$$ hiring "wanna be's" from CL, we have finally found our plumber!  Thank you Marcus and thank you for your military service for our country!

Everything went great. They were able to fit me in the same day and did not over charge me.
