Chris and Trubuilt stuck with us during a difficult claims process with our particular insurance carrier. If you want to work with somebody who has your best interest at heart it is Trubuilt. Great work bottom line and I feel our home is actually in better shape now with the impact resistant materials and various upgrades. Would use Chris and Trubuilt again I am considering some other improvements not insurance related and they will be my first call! Happy in Denver Dave and Deb Sanders

Chris did a fantastic job of taking care of us. Handled any/all issues with the insurance company for us, which is a huge help. He actually contacted my insurance company multiple times to explain why they needed to increase what they initially wanted to cover. We ended up with an upgraded shingle compared to what we had, I think ours is called a "Presidential" shingle now. You can tell the difference in quality compare to my old roofing material for sure. Everything was done on time with great quality work and I didn't have to pay a penny out of pocket. Hopefully this is the last time we get hit with damaging hail, but if it happens again I am absolutely calling Chris.

I have a beautiful roof now! Chris fought to get me a new roof from the bottom up; - he got me new decking and rubber roofing on my large flat roof, (rubber is an upgrade over modified bitumen which is the usual material), -he upgraded the shingle on the rest of the roof to impact resistant, which is important especially if you live in Colorado,with our frequent hail storms, -he upgraded my old disused swamp cooler to a beautiful new skylight which has made the kitchen and laundry area in my home 100% brighter. -he replaced my gutter and upgraded me to large capacity in the areas where I had flooding and pooling. Those larger gutters have really helped and he upgraded and got me gutter covers so I don't have to go up on the roof and clean out gutters anymore. His roofing team was on time, courteous and they put down tarps to catch all the bits and pieces and old roofing nails as the old two layers of roof were removed. Having been in the business, I know what quality installation is and this was a standout job! Many of my neighbors who had replaced their roofs have come over to tell me they wish they had used Trubuilt... When you get a new roof, you want someone who will fight to get you the best roof that your insurance company will pay for. Insurance companies are complacent and want to pay the least they can and will skimp where they can. Chris has extensive knowledge of Colorado roofing laws and he is fearless in forcing the insurer to step up and pay for what you really need. That is what he did for me and I'm so grateful. I'm reaping the benefit of his expertise and will be for years to come. A lot of roofers will promise you the world and o cel the roof is on, you will have a hard time getting them back to tweak the little things. I had a couple things, the crew thought I didn't want me Dish antenna put back up and one of my pipe vent covers was not fit on tightly. I picked up the phone and Chris was there the next day and the tweaks were done. It was a great overall experience with Trubuilt!

A huge hail storm hit my house in Centennial. Roofers immediately started swarming the streets in my neighborhood door to door. My insurance came back with an estimate. Chris came along, pointed out a lot of damage to my screens, garage door, and deck that were not included in the insurance estimate, and offered to revisit the missing items with my insurance company. He met with a second inspector, and ended up getting me almost double the coverage they originally tried to lowball me with. He gave me lots of upgrades, explained how and why he was doing the repairs, and they did and excellent job of cleaning up after themselves.
