she called on several occasions to follow-up. i had to call several times and change and rearrange dates which is probably pretty typical.
van with 3 men arrive promptly and loaded everything very quickly. everything had already been moved and packed once before and was waiting in my garage. no stairs and no difficult access. they took the load away and i gave them an estimated date when i could accept the shipment in denver.
i left vegas on a thurs and told them the next monday was the first available date for delivery. i got a call from the movers on saturday morning telling me that they would be there on sunday to unload. this was excellent with me. i added extra time to my delivery window in case i left late or had car trouble, etc.
the movers arrived in denver and i gave them the layout of the unload. they very quickly, thoroughly and carefully unloaded and unpacked everything. made sure the TV was working, assembled a bed frame, etc. it took 2-3 hours and they were gone. they arrived within the window they gave. i paid them in cash and told them this was the best moving experience i had ever had. and it was. would definitely use them again.
