Two years ago we used Total Home Exteriors for added insulation in our attic. Robert was very nice, thorough in his information, and on site when the job happened. We were very happy with how the job went and the professionalism of the crew. When it came time to replace our roof after the hailstorm last fall, we remembered that Total Home Exteriors also did roofing. Robert came out again, talked us through the condition of our roof, explained the process, and helped us navigate our insurance claim, choose a product, and then set up the work. We like that Robert is knowledgeable about his business and that he comes to the job site armed with the information we have already discussed, preventing the same conversation with multiple people. We plan on using Total Home Exterior again if the need arises.

The first time they did our roof they were very professional and we were very pleased.
This last time it was not good. They were sloppy. They didn't come when they said they would.

Robert was very professional and informative. He matched a quote from a competitor and was able to work with us to afford the work around the idiosyncracies in the attic. The crew showed up 1/2 hr late but was efficient and nice and cleaned up well after their work. Due to the size of the job, Robert stayed on site to help and make sure everything was done well. Would definitely use them again.
