TOTAL COMFORT HEATING & COOLING
About us
We are a small family owned residential heating & cooling company which prides itself in quality work. All of our field employees are NATE certified. Our company holds contractors' licenses in all metro Denver cities and counties. We only use subcontractors for things we are not licensed to do such as electrical panels & A/C wiring on new equipment, crane service... There is no charge for new equipment bids. We have an $89 diagnostic/trip charge that is waived when a repair is done. For that $89 we will have a trained and licensed service technician come to your home and diagnose the problem. He will quote a price to do the repair that includes parts, labor and taxes. If you go with the repair, the $89 is waived. We have 24 hour after-hour service. For this service the repair costs stay the same but the $89 trip/diag. fee is added. This is to cover over-time costs. We have a 30 day labor warranty and a 1 year parts warranty on service. Install warranties are 1 year labor and manufacturers warranties on parts.

WORST SWAMP COOLER INSTALL EVER.
My concern was total cost of service when only new part installed (control board) cost me $714.00 (which I later found on the internet from a supply company for less that $200.00.
So for six hours labor I was charged in excess of $1000.000.
"We appreciate you taking the time to rate our company. We strive to give the same service to all of our customers."
