She insisted on seeing us for another visit every time a prescription had expired, even though my wife and I had been on the same medications for several years (mostly cholesterol controlling medication). Her office staff was very difficult to get along with. They seemed to be unwilling to extend themselves at all. We finally requested medical records so that we could see another physician and they would not copy them or send them to us. We had to go to the office and stand at the counter while they copied the records so that we could get a copy. Our reason for leaving had more to do with the staff than with the doctor but we simply didn't feel we were being well cared for on a routine basis and didn't want to wait until we had a serious problem to test how satisfied we would be at that point.

I'm currently working through issues with hand. First referral didn't go very well, and the office promptly found me another doctor, no questions asked. They were very good at providing infomration to the new doctor so that I could recieve appropriate care. Generally they are very caring and responsive, and everything I could ask for as a primary care physician.
