I would never have believed it if I hadn't seen it with my own eyes. The gentleman got all the grease and dirt out of the carpet. We thought we would have to replace all of the carpet but when Mark got done it was fantastic.

MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD, IN GENERAL. THEY CLEANED MY CARPETS TO THE BEST OF THEIR ABILITY, CONSIDERING THE CONDITION OF MY CARPETS. THE TECH WAS VERY INFORMATIVE AND HELPFUL.
