Beware, please dont use this company!!! Thuy is Horrible!! She is a bold faced liar... will tell you she will get something fixed for you durring walk through... and never do it! Then, charge you for it after move out!

My husband and I hired this company to manage our rental property. We worked with Bob Osterheldt. Our property had been damaged by a previous tenant so there was some rehab that had to be done.  The rehab was a lengthy process (approximately 4 months).  During this time, we kept in close contact with Bob and, unfortunately, got to know what an incredible bonehead he is.
    First, there was his appearance-- every time we met, he arrived with a bright red nose and droopy, blood shot eyes, in other words, he always looked stoned.  There was no having a conversation with this guy, since he was in the habit of talking over us and never letting us get a word in--actually LISTENING to us was out of the question.  Because he never listened, we constantly had to repeat issues we discussed in our prior conversations.  He was of little assistance in guiding us through the process of getting our house ready for rental. We were left to our own devices for issues such as finding resources for junk removal and paint disposal.  He told us he had "a guy" who could fix our dishwasher door for $600!! He told us we could throw away our propane tanks in the garbage. He told us we should park our unregistered, non-operational vehicle on the street.  He couldn't give us current market rates for similar rentals nor could he ever advise us on how to maximize our property's rental potential (i.e. paint colors, carpet colors, etc).
    We declared him officially worthless when it came time to show our property to some prospective tenants. First, we introduced this well-qualified couple to him and then he wanted to charge us a $400 finders-fee. Prior to showing the property, he cancelled the housecleaners and showed the property uncleaned!!!  During the showing, he told this couple all these horrific stories which they later described to us as clearly meant to discourage them from renting. He never made a request for payment of any money but then told this couple that we hadn't paid him.
    When we complained about all of this to one of the owners of Stars and Stripes, Len Kosakowski, he said he would talk to Bob and call us back.  Instead we got a message from Bob saying that no other agents at the company are going to work with us and that our contract was cancelled effective immediately.  We never heard back from Len.
    This company should be avoided at all cost!
