We were very disappointed with the gentleman who runs St. James Kitchens, at one time he got so irate he said he fired us and then called the next day and said he had problems and was sorry but from that point on it was hard to work with him. Also we never had a specific time when the worker would show up, he would just call and say I'm coming over. About a week after the job was completed I pulled out the stove and there was no panel on the side and called St. James Kitchens and was advised they never put a panel there because you can not see it as long as the stove is there. I know that is not true as there was a panel covering it before they remodeled the kitchen. We had our kitchen tore up for appoximated 2 to 2 1/2 months, was only suppose to take 2 weeks, very disappointed in this company.
