He took in broken lawn mower for inspection and repair. It was suggested that we do maintenance to find the problem. A bad carburetor needed to replaced. I waited about 2 weeks for replacement part. Once part came in, mower was repaired within two days. Dh says blades were not sharpened (should have been sharpened as part of maintenance price).

I am very pleased my experience at Smokey Hill Total Power. The repair estimate that they provided was accurate, no surprises. They had the job completed when they said they would.

I CALLED SMOKY HILL LAWN SERVICE AND THEY TROUBLE SHOOTED MY PROBLEM OVER THE PHONE WITHOUT ME HAVING TO BRING THE MOWER IN. THEY DID NOT CHARGE ME FOR THE FIX. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL.
