They were excellent. They didn?t take a lot of time. They charged a reasonable amount. They were on time. They showed up when they said they would.

I called Smell Good Rooter to clear a backed up kitchen drain in a rental property. They showed up a little late, ran the snake down the drain, pulled it up. We could see greasy stuff on the snake. I was concerned that they might have only poked a small hole through the grease and not cleared it up totally, so I asked if they could put the snake down again and move it around a bit open up the drain more. James refused to do it unless I paid him for the second round separately. He said that his price only covered sending the snake down once. I was unhappy with this. In the past I have used a different company that was not in a rush to leave and was willing to snake away back and forth until they were convinced that the drain was clear and free. So I expected that this would not be too much to ask for. But Smeel Good Rooter had many jobs lined up and they were in a hurry to leave. I would not use tehm again.

Our basement bathtub was backed up last week. I had used 2 different companies in the past for the same issue, but decided to shop around for a better price. In the past I have paid $325 for the same service. James gave me a price range over the phone and I decided to go with his company. I received the same professional, high quality work with a warranty for a better price. I am very happy and would highly recommend Smell Good Rooter.
