I wish I could give him a zero. We regrettably hired Will to repair some minor hail damage on our home. He asked for money for the materials up front (fine), and then the remainder of the labor to be paid by check the same day. He deposited the check immediately before we had time to realize the condition he left the house in. He touched up paint on our garage that looked worse than with the damage. He 'forgot' to paint around a new light fixture he installed. He replaced to screens in our upstairs windows - one didn't fit in the window at all, and the other had a tear at the bottom. He was supposed to replace the roof vent/exhaust cap which he didn't do. He also spilled stain on our driveway and used our trash cans for garbage (and charged us for trash removal). We contacted him immediately and he promised he would come back to make things right. The day he was scheduled to return, he never came, and he did not respond to our efforts to contact him. The next morning, he called and told us a long story about why he couldn't show up. We scheduled him again at which point he completely ghosted us and we have not heard from him since then. DO NOT HIRE him!!!

William either does a 5 star job or a 1star job,. You have a 50/50 chance of quality work. Not good odds for a contractor.

Sloppy work and overcharged. When I let Will know that I was unhappy with the work, he promised to make it right......then ghosted me! Find someone else!

Will is either woefully incompetent, and completely unaware that his work is absolutely terrible, or he's a liar. A very expensive liar. Pros: - Sounds confident that he can do the work. - He carried the doors upstairs by himself. Cons: - Expensive - Messy (and didn't clean up) - Terribly quality - Aggressive - Defensive - Doesn't follow directions well - Borrowed tools I would absolutely never hire Will again, he really shouldn't even be allowed to own tools or work on his own house. Honestly, the fact that he has a 4.5 rating on here makes me suspect angi ratings (check google maps or the BBB for his ratings there, those are in line with my experience. But honestly, for your sanity and safety, do not hire this man.

Everything was great! He was quick and safe. He made sure that the mount can hold the weight of the TV. I recommend and would hire again for my next project.

Will was great he set up both tvs with no issues and was very polite and friendly to both me and my son. I will definitely hire Will again

Will did an amazing job. He found the problem (leaking caulk) and recaulked my shower. He was quick and efficient. I recommend him highly.

We selected Safe and Sound for our project after getting multiple other estimates, and they certainly did not disappoint. Will came out on a Sunday to look at our issue. He was on-time (even slightly early), and was able to give us a quote for the whole project, vs just an hourly rate. Suffice it to say that this was very impressive, especially considering the other estimates we’d received, so we hired Safe and Sound for our project. He had time that same day to do the work, and he set out to pick up the materials needed to complete things. He was back very quickly and while he was working, he even took the time to communicate with us what he was doing (which was again particularly impressive). Will completed the work very quickly, and without additional expenses. I will definitely hire Will and Safe and Sound again, and wouldn’t hesitate one bit to recommend him to others.

After they installed the water heater the next day we tried to contact them since water heater they installed was not working and it never get hot , haven't heard from them tried to contact them every single day but no response

I hired William Binns to replace the trim around my exterior windows. He came out to look at what needed to be done and we scheduled a day/time for him to return to perform the work. He told me that I had to pay for the materials ahead of time. I sent him the money but then he never returned to do any work and he will not answer any of my phone calls or text messages.

William from safe and sound reached out to me through the Angi app to complete a fireplace project we had for our great room. William is very responsive and showed up the next day to place a bid. He coordinated a quote, and seemed great and asked for materials to be paid for which sounded reasonable. This is where it went down hill. He didn’t show up the first day after an excuse; he never had all materials (he promised a receipt for materials bought) and when he did show up, he stayed for 2.5 hours and left. Then one day he showed up and was upset since “I forgot to pick up the materials from lowes” and left and never came back after we paid him for 50% of his labor. He never responded to texts or phone calls. He took our $2000 for materials and some work and never finished. He was your typical unorganized the contractor that ghosts you. I should have recognized this when he refused to show proper tax and business documentation related about his company. He lied about the history of his company and his experience. I would tread very carefully when receiving a bid for work from Safe and Sound.

It went well with 1 small glitch that was rectified.
