My experience was very good. The woman who answers the phone was very helpful and letting me know products they carry, along with the price of each. When I went to purchase the item, a gentleman in the place demonstrated to me how to properly use the remote and program it to my actual opener.

They had taken a while to do the job, but it was done and worked great. We had just really wanted our garage fixed at an affordable price and they did ok.

Overall it was a good experience and I would hire this company for another job. The repair person seemed to be rushed at first and when he finished the job the door did not close completely. I expressed some concern about that and he went back and fixed the problem to my satisfaction.

RESPONSIVE TO OUR NEEDS. THEY WERE RESPONSIBLE ABOUT ARRIVING ON TIME AND GIVING A TRUE ESTIMATE CLEANED UP AFTER THE INSTALLATION OF THE TWO DOORS. WE WERE HAPPY WITH THEIR WORK.
