Awful! Bad customer service, makes mistakes and isn't willing to go the extra mile to fix them. If we had known what we know now, we would have never bought from Richmond American.

THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH RICHMOND HOMES WAS GOOD. THE REPRESENTATIVE WAS NOT PUSHY OR OVER BEARING. THEY LISTENED TO WHAT I WANTED AND NEEDED. GAVE ME ADVISE ON THE PURCHASE OF MY NEW HOME, WITHOUT PRESSURING ME. THE HOME GALLERY WAS EXCELLENT AS WELL. THE PURCHASE OF A NEW HOME IS STRESSFUL, AND THE REPRESENTATIVE WAS UNDERSTANDING OF THAT. THE PRICE OF THE HOME IN THE AREA WAS COMPARABLE AND A BIT CHEAPER PER SQUARE FOOT TO OTHER HOMES IN THE AREA.
