When they did get to my drive, they told me what was wrong with the drive and what they were able to do for me. Luckily for me they were able to get the data. I agreed to the price they sent me and they went to work. Since I chose the lowest tier, it took a couple weeks ( acceptable by me ) and I got an email with a screenshot of the data they retrieved ( 100% recovered ).
I went to the office to get the review all the data they retrieved. After I was satisfied that all the data was retrieved, I gave them a hard drive to push the data to ( they also had an option where, for a small fee, they would put the data on a drive they provided ). I picked up the data and paid their fee.
After getting home, I offloaded all the data and saw that everything was there as promised.
The whole experience was great. They are very friendly and answered all my questions. They were up front with me from start to finish and communicated with me with a very fast response time.
When I picked up my data, there was another customer in the room. His data was beyond recovery and Quebex was up front about it and since the customer could not get his data recovered, he was not charged.
I would go back again for any service they provide. They do computer repair and other IT related tasks and I would not hesitate to pass their name to anyone needing those services.
