Dmitry is not to be trusted and is not hireable. He did not finish the job and there was information given to us from his wife that was very concerning on a personal level. I would not hire Quality Woodworks.

Dimitri and Olga, showed up the 1st time and my 42" high Island he built up and mounted my countertop from Ikea ..They needed to be cut to fit...Done!!Timely fashion and smooth.The second visit We installed more countertop (Ikea butcher block) cut to perfection...:-)in a timely fashion and trim ..This Guy is a" Master Carpenter" who doesn't mess around and Really does good good work.Olga and Demitri get it Done.Hope too see you soon

This is the second time I've used Quality Woodworks, LLC to put down flooring and install kitchen cabinets.   The first time was a couple of years ago at my old house, and then this time at my new home that needed an entire kitchen remodel.  Both times they did an excellent job for me.  They are thorough, clean, professional, and budget-friendly.  My kitchen and the floor are both gorgeous.  When faced with some measurement issues, they made it work by installing custom shelving for me.  They also made me a beautiful custom walnut table that is attached to my kitchen island.  The remnants have been made into custom cutting boards.  I couldn't be more pleased!

The reasons we gave this job to this couple is: 1) they gave me quote on other projects I didn't use them in the end, this can be a make up; 2) we have friend who speak same language with them. This kindness caused our loss and pain: 1) gaps in between almost every piece of wood, I had to fill in corking through the whole floor and I have to keep doing it every now and then, cause corking fell off easily;gaps are too wide; 2) almost 95 percent of the wood has nail holes, even though they are small, but they are noticeable, after our main floor job is done by a professional, we realized how improfessional this couple are: nobody would face nail solid hardwood on almost every piece of wood, no matter it is second floor or main floor; 3) they used glue and face nailing, but it doesn't stop squeak sound on two areas, they think it is because of subfloor, real reason is: they didn't prep the floor before install, I asked them to smooth out subfloor , they insisted not to do. Our main floor is about 1700sqft, no any gap and squeaky sound anywhere! 4) they asked to pay 50percebt upfront , we have purchased wood and they are in place it should be, this is a sign that they are not confident! 5) I offered them pizza for lunch, after they get paid, I found trash bag is in our garage and several soda bottles from them are in there!

All of the problems we didn't notice when I paid them the rest half, it was dark and we were rushed to leave. We discovered the gaps and holes when I clean up it with a piece of cloth.( they didn't clean up it, in contrast to other professional kept the floor clean).

I hope this comments would help them to improve the way they do jobs.

It was good. They did have to come back because I ran out of wood. It was kind of a two-person operation. The wife was kind of the salesman and the guy was the worker. I like the idea that it was a small family operation. I was just happy that I got the job done. The quality of their work was also good. I was overall very happy with the job.

Dmitry & Olga were outstanding.  Their service, professionalism and skills were superb.  They were on time, did a great job on the install and cleaned up beautifully.  I'm extremely happy with their work.

The Quality Flooring team exceeded our expectations! They did an excellent job on our home improvement project. They are efficient detail-oriented professionals with reasonable rates. We plan to hire them for additional projects.
