I'm so tired of poor customer service. For starters, this is the contractor for Lowes near Southlands Mall for thier shower door and glass surround installs. I figured something was wrong right off the bat when they charged $35 for just the measure and estimate, but didn't really balk because I was in kind of a hurry (shower already demolished and my parents are coming for the holidays). I was told "they'd call me within 48 hours" - ok, kind of strange, but whatever. They did call within the 48 hours, but were not able to make an appointment for me at that time - ok, why did you call then? I called them back the next day, again, were not able to make an appointment (the scheduling lady was not there). 2 more days go by, I call back and basically say do you want my business or not. I request Wed of the following week for the install and was told that they were "making the schedule" and they might call me back that day, or maybe Monday. They called me the Wed before Thanksgiving on my work number and work number only, and left a message late in the afternoon that I needed to call back that day to get the Wed appointment. I had already left for the afternoon and didn't get the call until Monday morning at which time, Wed was no longer available. I got kind of p***** and said all they had to do was give me the original appointment I asked for and then she magically had Wed open. I told her I was going with a different company and didn't appreciate the run around. She then called back about 10 minutes later and said they still had that day open - HA, that's gall. I went to Lowes and got my $35 back and have since gotten FREE measures and estimates from 2 other companies. Feel free to contact these people if you want to be frustrated and play phone-tag.
