PODS is inexpensive and flexible. Whether you are storing your stuff in one of our secured Storage Centers, moving across town or moving across the country, PODS has a solution for you. We bring a PODS-brand storage container to your home, office, apartment or dormitory. You load your stuff, or we can recommend someone to load it for you. Then we take your container back to our secured Storage Center, or straight on to your next destination. Flexible, inexpensive, PODS.

The facility in Denver is horrible as well as their customer service. My pod was scheduled for delivery 3 weeks in advance. I received it a day late. On scheduled delivery day I called 8 times and until 7pm at night I was told it was coming. The last call of the evening I was told it was not coming. They did not call me at all, I had to call them. No explanation and no response to a complaint I filed 10 days ago. I also scheduled a pickup only to find they never entered into their schedule. I had to call to reschedule again, the earliest they could pickup is 10 days. Since I live in a condo, this is extremely inconvenient. Overall, I think their responsiveness is horrible, no one takes responsibility and I cannot get to a manager. Horrible customer service.
