Previously had the Belt replaced at another shop because of a noise when the air condiontioner was on. this did not correct the problem, so I brought it in to Plummers. They agreed that the Belt tenionser was the problem and replaced it, which up to this point has eliminated the problem. invoice # 84753, Date 7/16/2013.

I don't like them. I think they're awfully expensive and have charged me double compared to what other places charge on some work. I haven't had any trouble with their work, I just think they're overpriced and won't go back to them.

The company offers quality work at a reasonable price. When I have concerns about my vehicle, they are willing to look it over at no charge. They are a honest, well trained company. By purchasing the tires through them, they will balance the tires for free for the life of the tires. I have been going to them for 6 years now.

Well, I was very upset, for just a month before the brakes were inspected and given a clean bill of health, so I didn't understand how this can happen. Although the brakes had over 30,000 miles on them and were technically out of warranty, Plummers had a warrantee for all the replacement parts (huge) and I paid only the labor (which I thought was more then fair). But, this is part of the reason I have been going to them to keep my 1995 mini-van running at 180,000 miles and hopefully more, although I am not sure I picked the right vehicle for such a long term relationship. I had to rebuild the transmission at 125,000 miles, new water pump, new timing belt in which the engine 3.0 has to be unassembled, new paint after 10 years began to peel on the roof, up to that point was holding up well. I may be expecting too much, although I do all the preventive maintenance and use synthetic oil. My previous parts seemed to last longer.
