Pipe It Up

He had to snake both the main line and a feeder drain, both in the basement laundry room. Didn’t charge any extra for snaking the feeder, which ultimately unclogged everything. There was no obvious issue on the snake, but it somehow cleared everything up anyway, and I was happy with the service.

The gentlemen that came to work on our house were amazing! First, they really respected our home given the reality that plumbing can be a dirty job. My wife is pregnant and we have 2 year old twins, and them being respectful of our home showed their level of professionalism. On top of that, the job became a 2 day job. They were very fair in their pricing, upfront in their communication, and when it came to pay I sincerely felt compassion as they offered us a discount knowing we had a bigger issue going on with the plumbing in our older home.

Rashad diagnosed that I needed my main sewer line cleaned. He accessed my line by removing a toilet in the basement and running his machine from there. When he finished cleaning the line he showed me the large amount of roots he had removed and everything is draining now. I am very happy with the service. It was prompt and the price was fair. I really like that he showed me what he pulled out of the line. I would not have believed that many roots could be in my sewer since I haven't had problems before.

We discussed what type I needed. He had brought several options for me to choose from. Once I selected the one I wanted he ordered it. Two days later when it was received he immediately installed it. Cleaned up his mess which I liked. Very polite man and very efficient. I am very happy with my new garbage disposal. I would recommend him without hesitation.
