Our roof, like many others, was damaged significantly by the Southlands-area hail storm. When I contacted Bryan, he offered to come over to inspect the roof to see the extent of the damage. He took a good amount of time walking the roof and made notes to discuss with us. Once our insurance adjuster was scheduled, he came back to walk the roof with him to make sure that we were compensated for all damage and that sufficient allowance was made for additional waste (we have a roof with many angles). After we received the adjuster's report, Bryan double-checked it and found that the material allowance was too low, so he submitted additional information to our insurance company to justify the difference. Bryan's crew worked quickly and efficiently. Our roof took two days because of its size and because of the weather but all went well. The crew also took a lot of care to make sure our landscaping was protected and did a great job on clean up. Upon completion, Bryan walked the roof again to make sure his crew's work was up to his standards. He found a few minor items and had them corrected within a week. Bryan takes a lot of pride in his work and is big on customer satisfaction, which shows in his high standards and his attention to detail. In many areas his work is above code requirements because he wants his work to last. An ultimate compliment paid to him was having a city inspector ask him to do his own roof because of the quality of Bryan's work. Pinnacle's approach is so different from the volume roofers who blanketed our area. We received a lot of personal attention before, during, and after roof replacement. Also, the slightly upgraded shingles Bryan recommended made our house stand out from the others around us without it appearing out of place. Overall we feel we received so much more quality and service with Pinnacle than we ever would have with a volume roofer, and at a very competitive price.
