I've never worked with a contractor that was as good with communication as P&A. One of the associates is the owner's wife, Katie, who maintains the email communications. I once sent an email indicating an issue and I got a call back within 5 minutes. Of course they can't always be that fast, but the average response was very quick. One of the components of our job ended up being less expensive than expected, so we actually paid less than the bid price. The owner did not need to pass the savings on to us, but that is the kind of guy he is. One of the tiles cracked the day after the install was finished. P&A had it repaired within 48 hours at no cost.

They were very empathic to my problem. Hit the ground running and stayed with me the entire time. Customer service was the best, Very competitive pricing, military discount, Great Work, caring and friendly. I highly recommend Pinedo and Associates, Johnathan was so helpful, knowledgeable and honest. I just call today for another estimate on more work at my house. AWESOME!!!

Pinedo & Associates are efficient and above all knowledgeable and professional. I would not hire anyone else. They coordinated a complete bathroom remodel and replaced all faucets and fixtures. They replaced a broken sump pump after hours that was causing flooding. They Installed a water filter system at home. They also fixed a main sprinkler system failure. I am a 5 year repeat customer.
