We got the truck loaded and it didn't run. We returned it and they tried to fix it and couldn't, so we ended up getting a new truck. The good thing was that they moved all of our things for us into the new truck. The overall trip itself for my husband was very bad. The truck rattled and had a lot of problems. They ended up taking off a good amount of the charge, so in the end I believe we had two hotel rooms paid for because of getting there later then we should have and not having the truck. We ended up only being charged $300 with two free hotel rooms, so our out of pocket expenses was probably only $100. They did solve the problems, although it was basically one problem after another with the maintenance of the truck, but they were very willing to help us.
