Marc has been great to work with. The project is not complete at this time due to delays in the special glass that was ordered for my closet doors; however, I am expecting a great end product.

Marc is Mr. Doorman. He arrives on time (with only a one hour window), solves any problems, makes sure everything is flawless, is very courteous, easy to talk with, cleans up and has fair pricing. He is the only door installer, repair person I would call. A++

After researching several door repair/replacement options, I found that most companies would only accept commercial or large-scale projects. Conversely, the smaller shops lacked experience and I was concerned that this would eat into my project's short time frame and budget. My experience working with Marc and Ortiz Quality Doors was well above expectations. Juggling a lot at the time, I appreciated how easy and streamlined the process was from quote to invoice. Marc was very responsive, personable, knowledgeable, and meticulous. They were able to remove the damaged door, create and install the new custom-fit door exactly as requested within a few short hours (and on budget). I will definitely utilize Ortiz Quality Doors for any future projects; large or small.

Mark stained and installed several wood interior doors and closet doors for me (I had a difficult time finding someone to stain wood doors). Overall it was a great experience. A few times he didn't have the supplies he needed but either went out to purchase what he needed or rescheduled another appointment to finish.

Marc was great! Very professional from the start and did a great job explaining in detail the process of replacing my doors. He was able to fit me in his schedule sooner than he estimated and got 4 doors installed so quick. I would highly recommend Marc for any door install needs. I will certainly be using him again on another door install project I have.

I was happy with the quality of work but very, very unhappy with customer service, relationship with client, and his lack of ability to communicate back to me. He has refused to answer my calls he just left me. He promised me to give me a receipt and he never did and he just dissappeared.

The App won’t let me give 5 stars! Which is wrong! Marc deserves 5 stars all around! My Murphy Door is better than I could imagine it. He is truly talented and does beautiful work. He is also affordable, professional, and friendly! Highly recommend him!!!

Had Marc Ortiz come out on 8/18 to provide a quote to remove the hinged door and install a pocket door in a non-load-bearing wall for the bathroom. Have called twice since, spoke with Marc each time still no quote as of 10/21. Just wish if vendors did not want to do a job, they would just say it, rather than string folks along.

Marc did quality work at a reasonable price. He was friendly and got the work done in just a couple of days. Overall experience earned a five star rating.
