I feel they are a good retailer. I haven't had any problems with the paper shredder. I would shop at Office Max again.

I think they fixed the problem, but I am not sure my computer is working like is should be, however, that is not their fault. I took my computer in and they had my computer fixed within two hours. They tried really hard, but didn't get my computer to where it needed to be.
