I hired Alfonso McDonald of Nu Phase Renovation Ltd in September 2019 to remodel my kitchen and main floor. After dealing with this contractor for a few months, my experience was extremely dissatisfying. Overall quality of workmanship is subpar. Contractor rushes his work, leaves demo debris, lacks project management skills, no attention to detail, and shows up to work periodically. Contractor refuses to provide refund on poorly performed tile backsplash installation and drywall work, work not performed, and replacement of damaged tile. I will be taking this contractor to Small Claims Court as I now must hire other contractors to correct his work. I do not recommend hiring this contractor.
