My experience with NexGen was truly 5 stars, excellent, and amazing. This team worked so hard and transformed our living experience at home. We wanted to upgrade to central air, replace our furnace and water heater. NexGen took care of it all beautifully, and the quote was better than I was expecting. Our space to work with was very crowded and small, and Austin put it so much care to find exactly the right solution for us. We specifically requested a smart thermostat which is amazing for home climate control whether you are even in the house or not. Everything that they did felt very customizable to our needs, but also for the work to be practical and efficient. Long story short, this work was hands on in the best way. These guys are happy to explain what they are working on and what their thought process is, but they are also super trustworthy to just leave on their own to work their magic. Clearly the customer experience means a lot to this team and it really shows in their work. I had a team of four for our project, Mike, Nacer, Austin, and Boussad. These four were just incredible, patient, kind, and knowledgeable. I am truly impressed and grateful. I wouldnâ t recommend anyone else for your HVAC needs. Thank you NexGen!!!!!!

The way Nacer Ferri does his business should be a MODEL for all home repair services. He came same day to diagnose the problem, clearly knew what he was talking about, and fixed it next day after obtaining and installing the very expensive OEM part. All within 24 hours. As a bonus, he is friendly and efficient.

Nacer was a great to work with even in these dog days when it was hard to get any other servicemen to even reply. He was honest and worked diligently to resolve our frozen ac stands by his work. He went over above in this summer heat . I highly recommend his service. GREAT JOB!
