This is one review that is a pleasure to write because the owner of My Pest Control Co., David Upton, went far beyond the 'call of duty' to help someone in need. Recently, a friend of ours called us asking for help. She found that she had bed bugs and was not able to get anyone to help her get rid of them. My wife and I went on Angie's List and called a number of exterminators. Most were knowledgeable, though not sympathetic to our request for help. That is, until we called David. David listened to the details of what we had to say and without hesitation said he was happy to help. He offered us a fair price and quick service. He also provided additional assistance that was needed to help benefit our friend. We found David to be fair, a complete professional in what he does, understanding, compassionate, and great to do business with to get the issue resolved. Both my wife and I would highly recommend My Pest Control Co and David if you are looking for more that the typical, standard service you will get from most companies. He is truly a special person offering outstanding service to his customers.
