Moving
Moved us from Casper, WY to storage facility in Denver. Gave us one bill, then said we owed more. When they moved us from storage to our home in Golden we requested a re-weigh which showed they had over billed us - the original amount billed was for 3,000 lbs more than our actual weight.
We discovered a road bike and two tool boxes had been lost or stolen.
The company has stopped trying to communicate with us or resolve our issues. Phone calls and messages go unanswered. We have filed a claim for the lost or damaged items with the contract company that handles claims for them but haven't heard a response at all. We have also filed a police report, a home owner's insurance report and other complaints. It has sucked up a ton of our time and cost us about $2500 in lost or stolen items.
