We were happy. It was good. We would use them again.

Mnt. States did an exemplary job, not only on my roof, but in working within my budget. The salesman who worked this project responded within hours of my calls (as opposed to days), they performed everything quoted in the work order, the crew finished very quickly and did an excellent job (and even removed a bee's nest from under the roof boards), and completed all the work in a day and a half within budget. I would highly recommend this company.

We really like the quality of the roof we got. We felt thery were very polite while on site. We had a little bit of a snafu when it came time for the billing, which lead us to have to track them down to make sure we were giving them the correct payment, but it wasn't like they were contacting us for payument. I felt we had excellent service over all with just a little snafu at the end. Everybody in our neighborhood had their roof torn off and we had several compaies tell us that they wouldn't charge us for more than the insurance company would pay. This made us feel like they were trying to take the insurance company. Mountain States actually gave us a quote to make sure we wer getting a good price whether it was our money or the insurances companies.

THE OVER ALL EXPERIENCE WAS JUST OK. IT TOOK LONGER FOR THE WORK TO START THAN WAS QUOTED AND WAS NOT VERY HAPPY WITH THE CREW THAT SHOWED UP TO PERFORM THE WORK. IT TOOK A LONG TIME FOR THEM TO COME BACK AND FIX THE PROBLEMS.
