We bought the range, and the sales person coordinated the delivery of the range with the up-grading of the gas lines in the house. They were great about making sure we had everything we needed to get the range working in our house.

This was a very satisfactory experience. He arrived very promptly, was very pleasant, found the source of the problem very quickly, and fixed it without hesitation. He also explained the problem to me and indicated that the new, very inexpensive tube ($5.00) was designed to prevent this from happening again.

Maytag was able to send a repairman the same day. The repairman was on time and very courteus. He made sure to place mats down on the floor so the hardwood would not be damaged as he had to take apart most of the washer.

The repairman came within the 2 hour time frame that was given over the phone. He looked at both the washer and the dryer and gave an estimate. I asked the repairman questions about the washing machine and the dryer. He was polite and answered my questions. When I accepted the estimate he had the parts in his truck. The repairman showed me the old parts as he replaced them so that I could see where the problems had occured. The repairs were done in a timely manner. He had to take the top off the dryer to replace the heating coil and when I asked he stepped back and let me wipe the lint from the inside of the machine before he put the top back on. He even wiped the washer and dryer off when he was finished. This company charges $50 for estimates unless you choose to have them do the repairs, then the $50 goes towards the cost of repairs.

RECEIVED NEXT DAY SERVICE, BUSINESS OFFERED SAME DAY BUT I COULD NOT MAKE TIME WORK WITH MY SCHEDULE. SERVICE MAN WAS EXTREMELY PROMPT AND FRIENDLY - I WAS ABLE TO BE BACK TO WORK BEFORE THE TIME I HAD STIPULATED I WOULD BE THERE!
