I always make an appointment and get right in.

We used this vet clinic for 3 years. While the care was very professional, I felt like they were a machine. Our appointments were very rushed and very quick. I feel that my dogs got adequate care and that they were assessed and looked at carefully but the lack of personal interaction and being made to feel like they cared was missing. It was very impersonal.  The main reason that we left were the prices!!!  
Sky High prices. In 2010 the cost of the annual visit for one dog was $310.31. This included the exam, a blood draw for a wellness blood panel, a stool check for parasites, and her annual vaccines  and a year of Heartworm medication. It also included a $3.95 charge for Biohazard Disposal- ie- throwing the used needle into a sharps jug.  
In 2011 the price went up again!!! For my 2 dogs the total was $799.50 for the same tests and vaccines- almost $400 per dog.  They did use the money they made to build a new building on Arapahoe road but it's so not worth the prices.
We switched to a new vet clinic that is only 3/4 of a mile away right by the Safeway on Gartrell and Love the new vet. They make us feel like family and like they really care. Our new vet charged for BOTH dogs and the same exact tests and heartworm meds for a year for both of them- $314.24
I just can't justify spending 60% more for the same services given in an impersonal manner. 

The facility was clean and new.  The staff was nice and showed concern for our pet.  We will definitely be using them again.

We drove from Buckley AFB to the old location on Smoky Hill because the office (doctor and staff) were worth it. That may not seem far but my kitty does not travel well in a car. I would rather drive the distance to a great vet than go to one that I don't feel comfortable with.

The staff was very attentive and professional.  The vet was thorough, providing us with helpful guidance.  We were seen without undue waiting and everybody was patient and willing to answer our questions.  We called back later with another question and received a timely reply.  When we stopped by a week later to purchase pet supplies, the vet was very willing to spend time suggesting the best products.

I spent $180 on that visit. My husband took our dog in. He said that it was a very good vet and we will continue to go there.

I like the veterinarian at Mile High Veterinary Hospital PC. I think it is a little pricey but, I know my pet gets excellent care there. The staff is very attentive and they are concerned about my pet. The vet is very good. It is an excellent veterinarian clinic and I am very happy with them. They notify me when my pet needs shots or medications refilled.

We have been taking our dogs to Doc for 8 years. He is, by far, the best vet we have ever had. His and his staff are compassionate, knowledgeable, informative and always answer questions. I would recommend this vet to everyone

I suggest his practice to anyone who has a pet. He is expensive but I know it is worth every penny!

They were very professional. They were very kind. I had to have my dog put to sleep. I thought they were very compassionate, and I would definitely recommend them. They took their time in appointments and explained things thoroughly.

The doctor always listened and then provided his best advice for resolving a health issue with one of our dogs. He never hesitated to recommend a specialist or another health facility if he felt that it was beyond his expertise. That only happened twice... once for optometry and once for dentistry for our Boston Terrier.

The visit was very fun. The doctor gave our dog a treat and she loved it. And they took a picture of the dog and put that picture as her file picture.

THE VET FOUND THAT SHE ALSO HAS ABSCESSED TEETH AND ARTHRITIS. HE RECOMMENDED $1000.00 WORTH OF SURGERY. WE WANTED THE DOG PUT TO SLEEP AND HE DID NOT WANT TO DO THAT. WE ARE MEDICATING HER IN THE TIME BEING.
