About us
Mike's Handy Hands offers experienced, professional maintenance technicians who have worked specifically in the residential, multi-family and construction industries. We have 5 contractors and landscapers on staff, an admin executive and a Operations Manager, and Mike Chavez, Owner. We know how important it is to get the job done right and how appearance must be nothing less than perfect! We love working with clients and have a 90% retention rate in both our residential and commercial clientele. If you become a client of MHH, we will add you to our bi-weekly newsletter offering many different discounts and deals available to existing clients. We also offer "new client" discounts as well. Once we complete a job for you, we ask that you "sign off" on the work we complete and then we will bill you for payment within 30 days. Depending upon where your project is located, there might be applicable trip fees. Labor Hours is determined by each individual job $45-$60 PER HOUR (labor) MHH Contractors Only - No Subs
