Merry Maids of Aurora

I have a contract with them until next month, but I am going to stop using them because they are too expensive for what they do. They charge double and triple what they need to. They kind of tricked me, I felt. They are good cleaners. I just do not like their business practices. For what I pay them I think they should do what I need them to do, but they have their set things that they do or it costs more. It depends on who you get. I try to have the same cleaner each time because she is very good, but they always have an excuse. They should have more flexibility.

The cleaning team was very inconsistent in the quality of their work.  Sometimes our home looked great; other times it looked worse than before they arrived.  They didn't seem to see stuff that needed cleaning that was in plain view.  Lampshades and pictures had to always be straightened.
They were very pleasant and always did any extras.

They did a good job for me. They did a lot of cleaning for me. They brought their own equipment. I would recommend them.

Endlessly frustrating due to quick and incomplete cleaning (such as a water bottle cap pushed under the bed with the vacume instead of picked up, no vacuming behind doors, etc.) , coupled with constant damage. Woodwork damaged, bashes in the walls, broken items. A table sprayed with dusting spray without removing the lamp with silk lampshade, pictures, etc. Constant email requests for feedback without any response to specific complaints.

I recommend Merry Maids to everyone in the area they serve. They are very professional, dependable and thorough in their work. Their prices may be slightly higher then others, but their work is well worth the investment.

I called for maid service and they came and cleaned up very well in a relatively short time. I later hired them to come once a week. They show up as contracted and do everything (except laundry) that needs to be done.
