Cabinet Making
We worked directly with the manufacturer due to their relationship with the builder. Design went well and installation was reasonably smooth with some delays and poor installation issues requiring attention. The cabinets, however, were of good quality. Unfortunately, the Mastercraft rep (George) indicated that they would return to install hardware at a future date for a small fee. When we attempted to arrange this service, the company did not acknowledge this service existed, nor would the rep return our calls. We would not recommend working with the manufacturer, but would recommend the cabinets themselves if you purchased them through a reputable dealer.
