LETTY'S HOUSE CLEANING

They cleaned obvious things like vacuuming, although that was not done well. They didn't move the trash cans -- went around them. Cleaned the kitchen floor but there was still debris left after vacuuming and washing, ie: a soybean. The kitchen counters and bath counters were wiped on the front, but nothing was moved and the back 1/3 of the counters were not cleaned. The shower smelled like bleach but was not clean. It was a very poor job. I called and complained and they offered to come back for free with a different team on April 14. I heard nothing from them on that day, I called 2 times and left a message. I have not received a return call or heard from them.

Letty's crew showed up and basically started cleaning as they walked in.  I had 3 women working for 3 hours (9 labor hours) for the $175 fee.  We moved out, so they were cleaning an empty house.  They cleaned the kitchen cabinets inside and out, pulled the refrigerator out, cleaned behind it, cleaned inside of it, cleaned the oven, windows, carpets, wiped some walls that I requested special cleaning. Everything was very clean when they were done.  
I would hire them for cleaning anytime.  The kitchen never looked so shiny.

Have used several years and they are extremely dependable.

Each time the housecleaners have shown up exactly on time. They bring their own household cleaners and supplies. Its usually the same people that come each time. They are friendly and courteous and do whatever we ask them to do. They took about 1 1/2 hours to clean my 3-level home with 6 bathrooms. I am very pleased with their services and would recommend them to someone else.
