We bought a spec home and I would say they are very responsive whenever we find anything that something has happened in the house or we got a question about something, they usually schedule with me in the next day or two to be here and to take a look and to see if it’s their problem or our problem or what they can do to help. Even our concrete pour in our garage, we didn’t notice till we bought it, that after driving in the snow and our vehicle sitting in the garage, we noticed that most of the drains are very well but there is one section that was like a three foot just holds a quarter inch of water and takes forever to go away. They are coming back out this spring to re pour the drains and at no cost. Spec home means it wasn’t a model house; they didn’t decorate it to show everyone. It was a home they had built without a buyer. They had it built in hopes of selling it when it was finished and we were relocating from the mid west and we were waiting for our house to sell, so we literally had one weekend to come here and find a home and be able to move into it in three weeks and it was all perfect.
