Jack, the owner of the company, is like a friend. He started off doing it every week because my daughter did not want me to mow the lawn but that is something that I enjoy doing. So, he comes and he does everything that I need. The summer when I went away, he came over and watered my flowers and stuff like that. He charges $35 to mow, trim, blow off the yard and all that and we have a fairly large yard. For the rest of the stuff I ask him, "How much would you charge me to do this and that?" And he always gives me a fair price. It is not like his prices are set in a stone because he sometimes does the work for nothing. He comes by every year and we discuss what needs to be done. He also built our patio wall in the past and then he got somebody in to do some cement work for us. He also brought somebody in to do something and they gave a price and he said, "I would not pay that. That is too much. Let us go somewhere else." He is good at that. He looks out for his customers.
