The entire project went extremely well. I worked primarily with Clifford who came to my house first to replace an old system controller with a new control panel. Next, we discussed my need to update the rest of the sprinkler system (not the pipes) in order to get rid of outdated equipment and correct other issues with the system. Cliff made his recommendations and gave me an estimate, which was very fair. A couple of weeks later, Cliff and his crew came to my home to do the rest of the work. Work on 28 heads, 6 valves and solenoids, several leaks and placing two bushes on the water system was required. The crew arrived on schedule, and worked through the morning until mid-afternoon. The entire job took less time than I thought. When work was done, Cliff walked through the changes that were made and why, and he ran each zone to readjust the heads as needed and to confirm that everything was working to my satisfaction. Once I agreed all the work was done, I paid Cliff. Cliff took time to go through the itemized bill and explain each charge. My wife and I were extremely impressed with the professionalism and efficiency of Clifford and his crew and the quality of the work that was done. We are very pleased with the results. We now have a much better sprinkler and irrigation system, that is more efficient and will save water and money in the long run. The final cost of the project was within $150 of the original estimate. JKJ Lawn Sprinkler is quality work done by professional people who are knowledgeable and very courteous. We plan on using them again for other projects in the future. They are highly recommended!

From beginning to end, I was pleased with this company. I had several quotes, and this company was $400 less for a system using the LawnBird brand. Joe, Joe Jr, and the rest of the crew were always on schedule. They explained what the process would be for installing a completely new sprinkler and drip system, and answered all my questions about trees and grass care with a new system. They used machines and hand dug more sensitive areas to ensure that trees stayed healthy throughout the process. I observed everyone to be polite, professional, and hard-working. The electrician who installed the automated timer system was also very professional, and completed his work in such a way that no new wiring was visible from the inside of the house, which I appreciate. The system works beautifully, and if I wanted to change anything with the automated timer, I found Joe and Joe Jr very easy to reach and happy to help. The crew cleaned up nicely after the work, which is a feat given how much rock and gravel is on my property. This company clearly understands healthy lawns and gardens, and I am very happy with the entire system.

It started off really well. The guy, the owner, I talked to was very personable and remained for the time I spoke with him.

I had an issue with his son and ultimately the company. I was given a guaranteeing that was not fulfilled.

There was a couple of circuits that were not functioning after the service. When I called them back the owner's son started to blame everything but the company. To my knowledge it was under guarantee and it was working previously. 

During the job, he made an adjustment on one sprinkler head and charged for $5 for that but I thought it was included in the work, he didn't tell me up front that there would be the charge. He came back charged me $75 for this and it STILL didn't fix the issues. Ultimately, two of the sprinkler heads I had to end up having replaced. So the son was right that they didn't cause the issue but it was his attitude and the way he spoke to me that I had issues with. Came off very defensive and did not appreciate it. 

I was told that the manifold box would be lined with gravel and that was never done. 

Perhaps if things were explained a little bit better, we would not have had some many issues, and could have gotten more business from me.

The service has been great overall! He’s proactive, sending us an email to remind us of the work that needs to be done. Each month, we also receive an email with information on how to take care of our lawn, including trees and shrubs, to maintain it.

The first year our in ground sprinkler system froze and exploded. We hired them to perform a temporary fix for the system at that time and then had them out the following spring to dig up my yard to finish fixing the problem. You could not even tell where they dug up the hole. They did a great job. I've continued to use them to maintain our sprinkler system and have also used them for landscaping also. They are honest and have great ethics. In my eyes I think they hung the moon. Their prices are not always the cheapest but it is worth the cost. They have taken such great care of my sprinkler system and I plan on using them for more landscaping this spring. I will continue to use them for my sprinkler system. They also look out for ways to help your system conserve water.

I’ve worked with them for a couple of years and I’ve never had any problems. The service has been very good overall! They’re very professional.

They are wonderful!  That take great care of our lawn and they outstanding organization. I've recommended to many of our neighbors.

For the most part, they’ve been good to work with. I haven’t had any problems. This past fall they missed the appointment since they got backed up, but when I called, the owner apologized. He told me they’d be out that Saturday to do it, and I ended up not having to pay for that visit, which I appreciated. Otherwise, they always showed on time and the employees have been good.

He did a great job on both jobs.We will definately use this company again.

The owner/serviceman was wonderful and was able to fit me in immediately, even though it was an extremely busy season. I was very happy with the time it took and overall experience.
