I had to pay a real plumber $1500 to fix what he had done. When I stopped payment on the check I gave him he sued me without serving me with any papers as at the time I was working in Oregon. I had a real plumber correctly install the hot water heater as it had a number of code violations. Lots of the siding has fallen off. The roof trim fell off. The garage door broke The flooring is in disrepair. The gutters were installed wrong and resulted in water overflowing whenever it rained. The windows are in disrepair. The doors don't close properly. He does work cheap but you get what you pay for.

on the last time he presumably fixed a backed up drain. However he claim to have installed new toilets which obviously will not fix a backed up drain. On previous occasions he installed siding, gutters, flooring windows, doors, air conditioning and a garage door. He also installed some trim around the roof and installed hot water heater.
