Part of the job, the door in mud room replaced got done ok  This portion was $ 475.00
Rest of the work with weatherstripping and fix seal and replace plastic sash with custom wood piece to allow the window to function was never done.   I paid the total $ 1,350.00 based on their promise to come back immediately after the custom piece was made  and finish the job.
I called almost daily and left messages but never got a call back.  Finally i got an email  that they will finish the job Feb. 8. but nobody showed up on this date and I did again not get a phone call.  I continued to leave messages and on Feb. 28 Justin Rempel took the call but immediately hang up on me as soon as I mentioned my name.
I gave them enough time to finish the job. Now I don't want to deal with this company again and I will have another handyman finish the job.  I request my money back.  The unfinished portion is $ 875.00 as per invoice Nr. 2320 from WCH Industries.

We hired Integrity to finish a project I had started, but was unable to finish due to new time demands. We are extremely satisfied with the services we received. Everyone was very professional, friendly and did an excellent job communicating the status of the project. We were having a baby and wanted to have the project completed before the baby arrived. Integrity did an excellent job not only completing the job in time but maintained a high level of quality throughout the project. We will definitely use them again for our home improvrmrnt projects and highly recommend them to others.

Please see details indicated above. This is the worst we have ever been treated by anyone we have hired. Justin keeps saying he has integrity, but he has proven he does not. His lies and deceit have soured us on ever using anyone recommended by Angie's List. We have been cheated out of $400, and do not have the Christmas lights we had hoped for this year. Justin has been nothing but dishonest, rude, and disrespectful. Please do not do business with him!
