We took several bids and chose them out of about 5 companies that came out. We always do our homework.

We've used them for about 10 years. They installed our hot water heater and HVAC then, Some items failed a couple years later and they came out that day and fixed it, free of charge. They always put on little booties before they come across the carpet. Joe is who we always have out. We've been absolutely pleased with everything they do.

It went great. Joe was able to schedule me in the same day. He arrived promptly and called before he came (which I love).  He was friendly and careful of my floors. He explained what he did and how I can better utilize my furnace. All in all it was great.
Also - emailed receipt! Love that - no paper waste!

I called Indoor Air Quality yesterday to come look at our furnace. Joe came over promptly that afternoon and diagnosed the problem quickly, which was we needed a new circuit board for our furnace. He called and located the board and gave us an estimate of $449 to fix, $360 which was the part and $89 for the service.  He left to get the board at a parts store (I'm assuming) and returned within the hour with the part, fixed it quickly and was on his way. I called a couple parts stores while he was gone and the highest price I found for the part was $200.  I will note the part stores I spoke with had to order in the part, they did not have it in stock, so maybe he located the part at a store that had a lot higher prices.  I am not an expert on parts and what people charge to go get them, etc.... In my opinion for what it's worth, I thought the mark up was a bit steep, besides that, I thought he did a good job.

It was great--we were melting as our a/c stopped working in one of this summer's worst heat waves.  I remembered that one of my neighbors had used Indoor Air Quality recently, so I called them.  They were able to rearrange their schedule to fit my house in, sooner than any other company could get here.  The tech saw that the failure was caused by bugs nesting in the a/c housing, shorting out the system.  He had the correct replacement part on his truck and got the a/c working again very quickly.  He then did a system check and found it was not performing to spec.  He re-charged the coolant, which restored the system to correct functioning.  He also declined to do any other (more expensive) repairs, and said that we should wait to see if any additional work is even needed.
Wow!  Would I use them again?  You bet!Work was performed at 1543 S. Ivy St., Denver

It went very well, at the time of the estimate they performed a blower door test that really showed how bad my ducts leaked. They recommended I replace my ducts since they were accessible in the crawl space. They also performed a manual J load calculation, the furnace and air conditioner they installed went from a 100,000btu furnace to a 75,000 and on the ac side it went from a 3 ton to a 2 ton. My air flow to the upstairs is 4 times more than before which has resulted in a 1 degree temp differance from downstairs to upstairs. Very, very happy

It went very well. They were here on time. It was a small company. We dealt with the same person every time. They worked 10 hours the first day and finished up the next day.
