+ 1 moreI have hired Israel and Lucia in the past and I believe they belong on Angies list with an "A" rating. They do great work for a great price, they always respond to my calls and complete the job ontime. I consider them a valuable asset for a rental owner.
Description of Work: The work was done on a rental property of mine. They did the painting and cleaning to prepare it for the next tenant. They also refinished the formica countertop for a fraction of the replacement cost and effort. They did an excellent job for a great price.
